Jim Carothers
Head Coach
Jim Carothers is entering his fourth season as the head coach for the women´s soccer team at Carl Sandburg College. Prior to coaching at Sandburg, he was the Galesburg High School girl's soccer head coach for 11 years and women´s head soccer coach at Knox College for four years. Carothers has 23 years experience coaching soccer. Coach Carothers lives in Galesburg with his wife Jean.
 
Shane Hall
Assistant Coach
Shane Hall is entering his first year as assistant coach for the Chargers. Hall graduated from Galesburg High School in 2010. He played soccer at GHS under former head coach Tim Redington. Coach Hall's senior year, the Silver Streaks made their first-ever IHSA Sectional appearance. Coach Hall lives in Galesburg.
